Lead Rehabilitation Technician Responsibilities:
- Working directly with Physical Therapist & Occupational Therapists & complete instructions provided by physical therapist as advised.
- Transport patients to & from therapy
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and record keeping
- Maintain responsibility for general maintenance and upkeep of clinic including, but not limited to, collecting used laundry items and replacing with clean laundry, maintaining professional appearance of equipment, and cleaning treatment tables regularly
- Perform other diverse duties as requested or required such as therapy scheduling
- Communicating with families about therapy
- Working with physiatrist
- Supporting Horizon’s program residents in specialized activities
- Assisting Therapists during treatment times as assigned
